Frozen in Time Ltd's Multi-drier, A6/14 and A9/17 machines are used by most of Europe's freeze dried flower producers.

The Multi-drier will hold approximately 500 rose heads and dry them within 10 days.

The 6/14 will hold approximately 2,000 rose heads and dry them within 10 days.

The A9/17 will hold approximately 5,000 rose heads and dry them within 10 days.

Consumer interest in natural products for home decoration is creating a growing market for these products. This is especially the case with freeze dried rose petals that are used as confetti and spread on tables and pathways.

Because freeze drying preserves the life-like appearance of flowers and other botanicals, they are of special interest to imaginative interior designers, gift shop owners and wedding bouquet preservers.

The easiest flowers to freeze dry have always been roses and they are still in the majority of flowers being freeze-dried but almost all flowers can be freeze dried.
