Lyotrap-Plus

The Lyotrap-Plus is a highly versatile laboratory sized freeze-dryer, ideal for the following applications:

Pharmaceutical experiments
Life science
Forensics
Pathological specimens
Small zoological specimens
Plant tissue

The Lyotrap-Plus has an independent refrigerated process chamber just like larger production machines. This enables material to be frozen in the machine and the material temperature can be controlled while it dries. The separate, low temperature condenser chamber can collect up to 4 kilos of ice. The temperature controlled process chamber can also be heated to a maximum of 50°C. Heated shelves are also available as an optional extra as is a vial stoppering device.

The process chamber measures:
300mm diameter x 370mm deep

A suitably sized two stage vacuum pump is required

Mini-Lyotrap

The Mini-Lyotrap is an economically priced freeze-dryer when used with an acrylic process chamber or manifold and vacuum pump. It is also suitable for other vacuum and industrial applications.
